Ask your driver or tour operator what’s nearby and they’ll steer you toward something that suits the group, from a fast lunch between stops to a proper dinner once the light drops. Bigger parties are the part to sort out early. A table for thirty needs more notice than a table for four, and that difference shows up in where you end up sitting.
